GTC Graduate Rebecca Lawler Named Best Wedding Photographer in Georgia by The Knot

We are proud to announce that Gwinnett Technical College’s photo program graduate Rebecca Lawler is being featured by The Knot as best wedding photographer in Georgia. One of her images has been published in the Fall 2012 issue of The Knot magazine, and her business, Graphite Photography, listed among the 2012 Georgia Best of Weddings.

Rebecca has also been selected for “Best of Gwinnett 2012“, which will be listed in the magazine and website mid-November.

The Knot was founded in 1996 and has become one of the most used wedding planning resources through website, magazine, books, and broadcast.

Lower semester student Heather Hendricks was selected as an Honorable Mention Finalist at the pdnedu Student Photo Contest 2012 with her black and white series “Farmers Markets”. Her pictures are being featured in pdnedu’s website and one of the images was printed in the Spring 2012 edition of pdnedu Magazine.

Her picture will be printed along will all other finalists, honorable mentions, and winners at the 2012 Best of College Photography annual publication.
