Gwinnett Technical College’s Photography Program

Beginning this month we are starting a “photo of the month” contest.  The instructors will select the winner each month.  All pictures must be current (nothing older than 45 days).  This month the winner is Rosira Palmer for her picture taken the day of the Inauguration in Washington, D.C. 2009.
